Non-profit website

Hello everyone,

I have three very small projects and I need someone to help me with them. It is basically about finishing projects that I already started.

1. I have been working on creating a XHTML template for a non-profit organization that I am working with, but I do not have much time to continue, and I need someone to finish it for me. I have already created the main idea and the structure of the template. You can see it here http://www.talamancaunida.com/, but I need someone to help me with the styles for the paragraphs, links, 1 or 2 images, titles, etc (The CSS area). I based my design on this website, and I want it to look similar to this one: http://rickymartinfoundation.org/. I also need a very simple logo for it. It can be just like the name of the website on top of other words, nothing complicated (something like in the second website should be perfect and simple to make).

2. I have a word press theme which I really like the main idea of the structure, but I need someone to change the graphics of it, so it is original.

3. I need someone to create a splash page for another one of my websites, but I already have the graphics of the banners, the header of the website, etc. All the person has to do is to put everything together into a splash page and maybe add a couple of images.

My budget is only of $30, but I really want to help with the website for this non-profit organization. If you think that it is not enough, we can leave the logo out; just let me know in the PM. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THE PROJECT IF YOU CANNOT WORK WITH THIS BUDGET.
