edit flash template

I do have exist Flash website, i was able to change most of it.
what's needed help with:
1- To activate a mail submit spot (where visitors can put their email address) so they can receive emails and specials from us.
2- icons and pages links 1,2,3,4..., i am not sure if its working maybe we delete them and put slideshow or guide me how to add and change those pages.

The most important thing is the email spot.
