Modifying Prestashop Theme - Refine Code

Hi there, We are using the Prestashop theme 'Black and White' see here:

on a site we are creating. We require some slight modifications to be made to the theme, such as colour changes, header resizing, divider changed to straight line, addition of facebook/twitter links and graphics etc.

I am able to modify the source code to change the text, but I don't have the time to sort through the css to change the colour/layout scheme. We imagine this job won't take very long, so we have a small budget assigned to it.
