Experienced webdesigner to create website

Hello,

We am looking for an EXPERIENCED website designer to create a new website for Afropolitan Youth Movement, an african awareness campaign geared at U.S. high school students. We want our website to incorporate our logo (yet to be designed) and also include the name and mission statement.

My site colors are flexible but with a cool, calm background e.g. light grey (not white). The menu links can also have dropdowns. The website should be extendible in case of future page additions. We will retain full copyrights, distribution and intellectual rights to all source files. Code should preferably be written in HTML or ColdFusion - a language we can easily edit.

-Should be highly compact, not contain too much information, and appeal to U.S. high school students such as google.com, israelhoughton.net, manupcampaign.org
