Web Store For Documents

Develop a website that enable user to store their documents and data by encrypted the information with the 2D barcode application. The 2D barcode will be able to watermarking/placed into the stored documents.
Needed a system and website that stored and encrypt using 2D barcode to place along with its documents when printing a copy of it.
The 2D barocde can use QR code, Data Matrix, QuickMark and PDF417. It will according to user preference.

Requirement:-
2D barcode with compatibilities on the encryption password and user define comments (purpose on the documents).
Database management system must be ready in order to manage user data documents.
Embedded document viewer where enable user to view. The documents will be attached together with 2D barcode.
User will be able to shared and managed their documents via famous social network services, google and email.

For more understandability, I have attached similar looks of the output of documents, after being stamped with generated barcode. The 2D barcode will be able to encrypted will password and comment remark by user. Be remember, the 2D barcode will be auto generated into each documents.
