Project Manager for web content company

Industrial Quill, a boutique network specialising in web content services is currently seeking an experienced project manager.

Please note: This is not a technical role. We only provide web content to clients, with occasional uploading to Wordpress and other CMSs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is experienced with web content and SEO (only for web-copy purposes), as well as experienced in managing writers, clients, account managers and other stakeholders in the project process.

Position Description:

• Clear and effective development of project scopes
• Clear and effective development of project life-cycles
• Regular reporting on milestones
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Timely response to all communications
• Communicate effectively with salespeople/account managers, clients, writers and managers
• Preemptive action on potential issues
• Risk management and identification of ongoing issues.
•
• Strict adherence to deadlines


Requirements:

• Previous project management experience with proven track record
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Calm and detail-oriented
• Good computer skills (Microsoft office & Internet)
• Knowledge of web content (including SEO for web copy)

In addition, you must be able to work independently and from home
