RDP Kiosk Software

I need a windows based "kiosk" application developed. This application will start when windows starts before the desktop is even displayed. It may not be closed by hitting ctrl-alt-del. The application will have a attractive screen. Primarily in the center will be a username and password box. This box will connect the user to a RDP session to our terminal server. Ofcourse the application will have a logo of our company etc. The logo and the terminal server that it connects to must be changable via the admin panel. SO there must be a menu that has options in it for the admin to close the application. below the login box will be some icons that I will specify. Some will be links that open up internet explorer to a certain site. Example "support" link will go to our support site. The application must have a web interface to it. Every kiosk will be registered to the "monitoring server" through its administration. On the webinterfae it will show the kiosk by its computer name. The current local ip, uptime, status (red or green to show if its on), reboot, shutdown, etc. I would also love to be able to gain access to the pc via the web interface as well if possible using vnc or any other technology. That would be a plus. Also there might be a few more links to differnt applications or websites that we will place on the main screen. If you have any suggestions please reccomend.
