DNP3.0 Microcontroller Slave C Code

We require C code for a PIC or ARM microcontroller that implements the functions necessary for a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) that operates under the protocol DNP3.0. We require code has already been written and tested and has proven itself in field tests.
