Hi my small business needs bookkeeping and payroll assistant.
We are a family owned material handling company located in the city of Chino. We are looking for a full-time, entry level office receptionist to assist us in answering phones, greeting visitors, scanning/ filing needed paperwork, etc. Would be great if Microsoft Word and Excel is already known. We can train in Quickbooks, and room for growth can be offered to those whom are interested.

Here are the essential skills you need in applying:
Must be proficient in Google Docs, Calendar
Must be comfortable making calls to book appointments and call customers
Must know basic accountings and quickbooks for receipt upload
Photoshop (and must be fast and experienced)
Must be proficient in writing (nothing heavy but must be able to write product descriptions)

Looking for Part Time Quickbooks data entry professional (Online and Desktop).
– MUST be knowledgeable in Quickbooks online and specifically, syncing and downloading transactions from financial institutions (banks, credit cards, PayPal…).
– Some knowledge in bookkeeping and chart of accounts.
– Be able to review client transactions to make sure they are categorized properly and inputted into the proper accounts.
– Should be comfortable working in a casual home office environment, could eventually turn into remote gig.
