Premium Web Design for Talk Radio Station Website2

THE NEED: We are looking for a EXCEPTIONALLY TALENTED and EXPERIENCED designer to develop a premium quality web design for a talk radio station home page. This site absolutely must dazzle site visitors. We already know what we want and have detailed requirements and commented wireframes to guide you. We just need the right person to implement our vision.

DELIVERABLES: The deliverables for this project will include a PSD for one (Home) page, sliced images and HTML, and appropriate CSS for implementing styles included in the design. (The site UI will be entirely based on HTML, jQuery, and CSS. Flash will not be used.)

FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES: We have much more work available if you can deliver for us on this project. We would very much like to find someone of exceptional talent to work with on a long term basis.

TERMS: Here are our terms. Please read them carefully.

- You must sign and return a confidentiality agreement before detailed information will be provided on the project. (Document is attached to this posting. Just include your name and legal mailing address.)

- You must present a comprehensive portfolio of your work (including several web designs) for evaluation. All designs submitted must be your own.

- BEFORE ESCROW, you must present a graphical concept based on our specifications. (We have had numerous problems with freelancers misrepresenting their skills or portfolios and MUST be certain that your skills are consistent with those claimed.)

- We must have direct contact with the designer or designers working on the project. A project manager functioning as an intermediary is not acceptable.

- We expect to have access to and be able to provide feedback for the design through all stages of the project.

- Designs will be based on a 960px grid.

- Your web design will completely custom and will not be based on any pre-existing template.

- The final design and all deliverables will be completed by Friday August 27th.

IF YOUR PREVIOUS DESIGNS ARE NOT EQUIVALENT IN QUALITY TO THE SITES REVIEWED IN OUR GENERAL DESIGN PREFERENCES DOCUMENT, DO NOT BID!!! We are only interested in working with premium designers who have previously delivered top quality designs. If you do not qualify, please do not waste our time or yours.
