Using Adobe Acrobat Pro re order PDF spreadsheet. Need it done straight away

I have 9 rooms with items listed and they have been placed randomly on the PDF.
I want to change the order of items so its listed by:
Paint (code P)
Floor (tile or Carpet) (FT)
Wall Tile (WT)
Stone (ST)
Fabric (F)
Joinery handle (JH)
Tapware (TP)
Sink (S)
Bath
Accessories (Acc)
Mirrors (M)
Lights (L)
