Video effects on after effect for soccer games

I have 7 referenced videos (see attached document) that we want to mimic the visual effects on a raw video of soccer game footage, each video should be 3-4 seconds long. The draft is required within 24 hours from the project's start.
the final date of submission is on 7th of November.
deliverables will be 7 separated videos with no sound
