Agriculture Problems - Frost Problem, Water Problem, Root problem we need Agriculture/chemical engineers to help

1- We need research about chemicals to apply our fruit trees to cover up fruit eyes on early summer frosts. We have a fog machine for this job. You can see the device in this video.

This device heats up to 1000 C degrees and connects with oil&liquids at about 200 C so what we also ask here is a chemical to protect our fruit eyes in early summer frosts and we want to know if we can use this device for applying leave fertilizers like zinc etc. does heat problem for those chemicals?
Which chemical do we need to apply to our trees to protect our fruits & fruit eyes from frosts?
2- Our water problem is a major issue and we have limited water resources, (borehole is not an option no underground water) in our walnut farm and, we need research about Hydrogels, zeolites, and other chemicals (potassium-based) and their reactions with roots, soil,water and, fertilizers. Those chemicals above water with all the dangerous chemicals in it (arsenic etc) those water absorbers are being used for aquarium filtration operations also so it is a question mark too. We want to apply those chemicals under 1 meter of ground for roots to reach water how deep we should apply? 1 meter? 2 meters? Do we need to mix it with algeric acids or something in case we can cut some roots while applying those?
3-Root hormones and chemicals for healthy roots
We want to boost and strengthen our roots, we already know about phosphorus, algeric acid. Is there any other way for getting strong roots + boosting their growth?
4- Research Silysium or other chemicals for melting of rocks (shouldn't harm tree & nature)
We heard that some people use silysium to soften the soil for roots to move easily, is there another way? what else we can try? we have huge marbles, and rocks on the field and under the field what can we do about these problems.
5- Research about magnetic water treatment and magnet around the tree to accelerate grow
There are tons of articles about magnets + agriculture, we need 2-3 pages of data about walnut-almond reactions to magnetic waters and circle magnets around them or I don't know. we need some magnetic solutions also. open to any advice.
