Ionic Frontend Developer / Designer and Apple Expert

We have an app using Ionic and Laravel on AWS. We need extra support in graphics and frontend development to improve our app. We also need a developer who can help us upload to Apple and do lots of testing on our Ionic platform.
The most important part of this job is that you must be available between the hours of 9pm EST to 11PM EST to work with our backend developer easily.
