Untitled Miami Beach 2022 - ART INSTALLATION/HANGING
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hanging of six or seven artworks (look like textile) at Miami Beach art exhibition. Please see details below and pictures attached.
A/Works to install:
There are 6 or 7 art works (tapestries) to hang.
-All by artist Sanaa Gateja.
-The material is paper, acrylic paint on bark cloth (an East african textile). The "paper" is actually paper beads that were stitched on the bark cloth.

- Dimensions of the works:
1 x 214 (h) x 83 (W) cm
1 x 198(h) x 107 (w) cm
2 x 200 (h) x 200 (w) cm
1 x 140 (h) x 180 (w) cm
we will have a spare work that we will use to replace sold one:
1 x 198(h) x 107 (w) cm
B/ Technique of hanging:
-Each tapestry is hung on wooden poles that are dragged in between strong fabric 'bindings' that were sewn on the top of the back of the work.
The wooden poles can be round (up to 4 cm diam) or flat (can be around 2cm deep and up to 5 cm high).
They are cheap building materials that can be found at any building material shop and need to be cut at the dimension of the width of each work.

C/ What is to be done?
1- Source and cut the wooden poles to each dimension of the SIX works (width)- To do either before the installation or on site).
2- Hang the five pictures on the booth walls.
