Needed JIRA Admin / Confluence Admin
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
• 4 + years of experience as JIRA / Confluence Administrator
• Customizing JIRA projects with various schemas, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes as per various business requirements.
• Expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installation (Hosted on Cloud Environment)
• Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language)
• Ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages
• Excellent understanding of JIRA workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens schemes, etc.
• Experience with using any standard Ticketing Tools like ServiceNow or JIRA Service Desk
• Should be good in understanding Requirements and implement it in JIRA
• Should be good in communicating with US clients
• Should be able to take ownership of the task and come up with solutions, can work independently
