Sanction drawings for online MCD approval

Need someone to set up my drawings such that they are ready to be uploaded online at Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) website. The freelancer should be well aware of the requirements and the MCD tool, along with any add-ins required for autocad as mentioned on MCD wesbite. The plan will be uploaded through EODB website.

Please bid only if you have prior experience in preparing sanction drawings for MCD building plan approval.
