Apartment concierge service Paris for visits/check-ins/check-outs

I have a small studio in Paris, France. As I am living in Sweden I need someone who can do visits, and possibly also check-ins and check-outs for rentals. The visits will be at most 1 hour and I will pay by the hour. I need someone that lives in or close to Paris. The apartment address is at Rue Saint Maur, 11 district, Paris.
