ideas for Quantum vacuums and energy vacuums being used as a method for a transistor

ok firstly i have Asperger's Syndrome, bipolar, and im schizoaffective with OCD trendies and extremely heavy thought disorder so my communication abilities are very potato
I'm a hobbyist sy-fi writer, i write a lot of soft and hard sy-fi and this idea I have is absolutely nutty and highly fantastical
as a lot of the concepts, I'm using basically require insane material/material scienses that literally do not exist and all of my guesses of how this might work is just that as these technologies for materials such as bypassing quantum tunneling by making super tiny atoms on the atto meter scale via artificially engineering atom by atom of a Ceramic material so the "barrier" is thicker and bigger so the quantum thing can not tunnel through even though it is smaller and such and the mass of the atom is smaller / lighter so no blackholes are accidentally made as this transistor is 200 picometer in width and 400 picometers
also, the picture I have a extreme habit of absolutely overengineering stuff dont mind that
but yes i wish for some advice and opinions on this nutty idea im going to be using in my story and sy-fi from a realistic side and current understanding of science and current level of technological advancment (as the theory for this as that impossible is only temporary dictated by current understanding of science and our current technology level)
and this technology is in my story coming from a society/civilization who has extremely heavy asymmetric technological development who has extremely absurd material and chemical sciences capable of making a chemical reaction in a powder that is one ounce with 2.88 mega tons energy aka it can explode like a 2.88 megaton bomb using a chemical reaction in one ounce of powder i think that's 200% energy efficiency
also price negotiable but keep in mind I'm on a fixed income
