Need Architect For Restoring Old English House At Mussoorie

This is a 3-6 month project to work on
i) Restoration of an old English House at Mussoorie
ii) Landscaping a hill estate, including hill path and greens
iii) Interior Decor

The candidates should :
-Be based at Mussoorie
-Have a a high sense of design and aesthetics.
- Have experience in design/repair of old English cottages
- Have skill in interior design including furniture and furnishings
- Have knowledge of cottages built with sloping tin rood supported with Wood Rafters and wooden ceiling underneath
- Have worked on cottages with door and windows with arches
- Have experience in hill land scaping

This is a FULL TIME role, with following Jop Description:
- Design and Conceptualisation for old building and hill estate
- Working Drawings for masons, carpenters, electricals, plumbers
- Mood boards,drawings and color illustrations for interiors
- Furniture drawings
- Wall decor
- Lighting decor for inside and outside
- Manage the repairmen (Roofing, Tiling, Plumbing, Electical, Labour)
- Keep stock of Material
- Manager Worker Payment
- Manage and Co-Ordinate with Vendors & Suppliers of Hardware and Building Material
- Tour northern regions including Delhi/NCR, Punjab, Himachal, Rajasthan for procuring colonial design interiors, cutlery, fittings and fixtures
- Source Fabrics and other upholstery materials.
- Work with interior workers for furniture and furnishings.
