Sustainable Architecture with no concrete or cement or steel to be used

The Project has the external shell. It needs to be 4-5 storied high. The plot areas are between 5000 - 10000 sqm.Walls & Roof are existing. Internally a building of 4-5 story high & about 20-30 apartments of assorted sizes are to be designed & built, creating a setback of about 2m all around. Cement, concrete, steel are not to be used or the usage is to be kept to a bare minimum. Water & Electricity shall be from renewable sources. Aiconditioning & MEP requirements to be fullfilled to each apartment. There will be 50-60 such projects in a middle eastern country. No internal furnishings required.
