Survey, mark with pins and submit drawings to Alameda County for property in unincorporated Hayward

Purchased a 2.2 acre property that has a deed with survey plot points based on nearby verified monuments but there are few property edge marker pins and the drawings we have are from neighboring lots, so we need that official drawing created as well. Our friend, a retired engineer, has mapped the property boundary points but we need an engineer with a current California survey/civil engineering license to drive property marker pins, draw up an official map and submit the survey results to the county. Once done, we'll then need engineering for retaining walls and roads. With any proposal or bid, please include your California license number.
