Develop a Business Plan for an existing Data Center

Requirement is to develop/update a detailed, professional business plan for a Tier IV Data Center hosting IXP and Teleport. This is in the MENA region. Person should possess sector specific expertise and understand HPC, COLO, Teleport, IXP and other DC parameters and business strategies and develop a business plan that is backed up with references, data, etc. Business plan should be at the same quality level as the TOP 5 Consulting companies and bankable as it will be used to secure funding. Executive Presentation also required to support the business plan.
