Web app in Angular 8+ & C# Web API

I am developer myself. Need someone to offload me and do this project. This is a profit and loss calculator which needs to be developed in Angular 8+ and C# Web API (any latest version). Requirements can be explained to the suitable developer but basically there will be 5 - 10 screens in the app. Will take around a month to develop. Importing some excel files, storing into the MSSQL database. Then doing some calculations and showing them in the reports.
Will need constant interaction with the developer ideally on daily basis. Full requirements spec will be provided. This project is not for beginners or intermediate levels.
Neat and tidy code needs to be written.
