ABS Plastic CNC Machined Part (only requires 3 axis CNC Machine)
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Basically looking for the attached file to be produced by a CNC machine. Ideally in BLACK ABS plastic.
I do have several 3D printers... they can print this pretty good in ABS, however there is issues with slight lifting/warping... I think a CNC machined version might produce a better result, therefore looking for people/freelancers to try this out for me.
Injection molding could be another option, however the setup costs and quantities required are just way to expensive... this is really small run stuff, less than 100 required... but just need a single CNC machined sample for the time being.
Also looking for guidance and advice on a desktop 3 axis CNC machine that I could purchase so I could do this myself.
