we need a someone to help us find a way for our garden about water problem

We need a researcher about our water problem. Maybe magnetic fields are good for agriculture. We are in a place where our water sources are limited and we are trying everything; zeolites, organic matter works, borehole drills, etc. but we need more to be able you work with less water.
We are open to any idea.
