Playground Pavement Project

Coast Pavement Services will execute three concurrent projects to remove and replace playground pavement at three elementary schools in the Tigard Tualatin School district between June 17 and August 27th 2023. Each project involves multiple sub contractors, lots of documentation (i.e. contracts, product data submittals, shop drawings) and a contractual obligation to provide weekly scheduling updates on work scheduled/completed the week before and a preview of the work to be completed in the two weeks after. The contract requires that we utilize MS Project or an equivalent solution. We are looking for help setting up the calendars and managing them over the course of the summer.
