Quality Management System

My company, Thermal Drying Facility, is in need of a Quality Management System. We currently have a system in place, but need help with improving our reporting and performing audit to the existing QMS. We are looking for a freelancer to help us create a comprehensive, up-to-date Quality Management System that meets the set industry standards and best practices. We need assistance setting up processes optimized for our business’ unique operational and policing needs as well as implementing and managing compliant technology systems, while ensuring documentation and records of all processes are kept up-to-date.
