8086tiny port to ARM processor -- 3

would like 8086tiny emulator ported to rn arm opcodes. here is a emscripten version https://github.com/netpipe/emscripten-projects/tree/master/emulators/x86/8086tiny you may not even need it just use the original github repo.

opensource work , have allocated 400 dollars for this can take 2 months so 200 each month(budget).
