Create crowdfunding campaign

We want someone who can create a successful crowdfunding campaign. Because place where we have our country isn't supported by either Kickstarter or Indiegogo. So We want someone who create the project for us situated in out of India and place where the country is supported using his/her identity. And also have to the work according to us. As directed.
