Job Description
Our growth has created an opportunity for a DeFi Community Ecosystem Advocate. As our Community Advocate, you’ll be setting up and managing community & ambassador programs for our DeFi product. Qualified candidates have a strong knowledge of the DeFi space and also have a strong technical foundation.
- Create community and ambassador programs for our DeFi product
- Engage with users on social platforms, such as Discord and Twitter
- Answer questions about the product on social platforms
- Relay community feedback to the team
- Create and post messages across social channels
- Track protocol development and perform public outreach, including writing blog posts and developing ideas to drive community engagement
- Write and manage public documentation, such as support desk articles
- Work with marketing data analysts to track metrics across social channels and implement strategies to improve performance
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys working with and helping community members
- Expert knowledge of DeFi and the cryptocurrency ecosystem
- Able to create unique multi-channel content and respond appropriately to community messages
- Skilled with content distribution and content management systems
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Strong project management skills
- Technical understanding of blockchain is required
- Fluency in English is required, with fluency in additional languages a plus
- 2 to 4+ years’ experience in growth marketing or social community management
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or engineering
