Front End Developer for Community Engagement & Fundraising Platform Redesign
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
This is a unique opportunity to participate in collaborative, cross discipline redesign of an existing SaaS UX/UI — into a modern fully asynchronous (fully Ajax), Component Based inclusive accessible design.
We are hiring a team - a Designer and a Front End Developer.
For either position, a successful candidate will be someone who knows how to communicate, collaborate, and remain cordial when under pressure of enthusiastic deadlines, work with an international team, and be flexibly available on various timezones.
A successful candidate must also demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, as well as possess and be able to demonstrate knowledge, competence, and/or proficiency in the following areas:
*Design To Code and CI* (more for our designers than front end devs)
Figma, StoryBook, Docz, Ally, Chromatic, Supernova.io
*Development*
Gitlab, CSS3, HTML, JS, Progress Kendo UI, TailWind. Material
*Animation, in addition to CSS*
velocity.js, anime.js
*Accessibility*
axeDevTools
Wave, WebAIM
Material Design (Color, Accessibility Guide)
Adobe (Spectrum CSS, leonardocolor)
The successful developer will be able to demonstrate proficiency in OOP and SOLID principles, as well as other principles such as Doherty Threshold.
The successful designer will be able to demonstrate proficiency in atomic design, as well as fundamental principles of design including but not limited to the following:
- Gestalt Principles
- Aesthetic Usability Effect
- Fitts’ Law
- Hick’s Law
and others
