Build me a web application (Looking Only .Net Core)

This application is intended to monitor mechanical service based works , and to create and maintain their invoice ,inventory and finance respectively.
It helps to manage business processes of various departments & functions through this application.
It should have a strong backend with neat code and perfect financial
reports . Unit test must be absolute.
