Ebay & Etsy stores Management

Hi, i have different stores on Etsy & a seller account on Ebay with different niches. Mainly my niches are(Handmade jewelry & Home decor) and ( Hand made Ladies Clothing) on Etsy and on Ebay its an open seller account yet.
So i want some one who manage my these stores independently.
Either on Lump sump salary basis or percentage basis.
