Tags for Indoor Localization
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
The aim of the project is the DESIGN and REALIZATION of a technological solution for the identification and localization of lost objects via small (a few centimetre squares) and flexible tags. These tags might include a small battery, but it should not limit their flexibility and compact size.
These tags should also be flexible enough to be applied on bent surfaces and be detectable at a maximum distance of 10 meters from the identification device.
The considered device should use radiofrequency waves, such as Beacons Bluetooth, WiFi, and other technologies to perform the task of object localization and identification. Furthermore, this device should also be able to harvest a minimum quantity of energy from indoor sources.
We are interested in the PRODUCTION of 10 items of these tags as prototypes.
