Opposition argument for motion: Closing of discrimination case
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We are the plaintiff, and we have a motion against us to dismiss our civil law sue. They are accusing us of duplicate counterclaim which is not true. This is a discrimination and fraud case. We need some law codes to defend us regarding bankruptcy in the US. We are citizens and it is a privilege in the US when in hardship. We are opposing and disputing this argument to close our discrimination case. This is causing us to lose our investment and lively hood.
Key points/details
(Perjury, defendant conduct resulted in unfair and illegal laws of plaintiff property, franchise, and laws of income. Mental anguish and home foreclosure, homelessness, employees pay, unfair, deceptive business practices resulting in fraud religion, and national discrimination)
We have to dispute the motion so the court does not dismiss the case.
———-We have private federal investigators report-———
Proof of discrimination
1)We have affidavits and canceled checks that we were forced to bribe directors in order to do business with them
2) We have proof of prepayment checks paid to blue line for merchandise for three years which was a tactic of little Caesars, and we’re even declined merchandise within that time frame
3) Mistreatment and closure of four franchises
4) Emotional Distress and financial hardship
(May 3, 2018 we were infront of judge, one of little Caesars lawyer admitted we can go and sue for discrimination when we submitted the transcript to judge)
