Touchscreen Stop Watch

I am looking for someone able to build a touchscreen stopwatch. One tap would pause/resume. Three quick taps would restart. Its diameter would be about 1.25 inches, and it would have to be very thin. It would show only minutes and seconds, not milliseconds. Once it reaches an hour, it would only show hours and minutes, then days and hours, capping out at 100 days. I have included a picture of a thermostat below to show a similar design.
