Event Planning And Management - International Conference -- 2

We need an expert in setting up, arranging, managing, and facilitating the successful completion of an international conference by our organization.
We are a US trade association of professionals in management and intend on having our 1st international conference in 2022.
The conference will be divided into two areas (industries with guest speakers & academics with research article presentation).
Research papers and articles must be submitted by authors or researchers and accepted for both presentation and publication.
This would be both a virtual conference and in-person in the USA.
We need an organization or an expert that would perform the following
• Develop procedures for the international conference and solicits sponsors and speakers at the event from the industries
• Develop a marketing process and set up invitations to organizations, individuals, and professionals
• align to develop web page created specifically for the conference
- Identify sponsors from industries and guest speakers for the conference
• Market to various business schools and universities all over the world to submit proposals for presentation at the conference
• Facilitate how proposals for presentation will be organized, accepted, and published
• Create flyers, marketing tools for the event
• Assemble speakers, guest speakers, and presenters
• Work with us to arrange for registration, payments, and visits
• Discuss other modalities that would help with success with us.

We will provide all assistance for this as outlined from our end.
We can also negotiate on other commissions.
