Create dataset for a Professor to conduct an analysis of NHS costs - combine data from around 150 separate Excel files

hi there.... there are about 150 excel files with data on NHS medicines on the site below available for free download. Each file has 2 sheets, and all sheets have the same column names. An example Excel file is attached. I'd like to have all this data combined and put in a single large excel sheet, initial example as per attached. Each worksheet needs a small manipulation so that each row is labelled month-year and with PADM or PADC according to which worksheet it came from
would prefer it done this weekend if at all possible
