Macro needed to automate

I need a macro which can automate manual data entry and selection process. Should be able to give option from a drop down list when few letters of file are entered and should be able to send an email once the data has been entered in it. Names on the list to be taken from normal folder for now. Should have fields for fetching data entered in other boxes and then sending the entire filled form on email address provided by submitter and a copy to myself.
