Build a simple cannonball assignment in F#

I need help with my CS assignment that uses F# to find if the cannonball reached the target or not. It takes in the input of the angle and the amount of gunpowder (in kilograms) and calculates the distance it traveled. Then it should tell me if it reached the target within 1 meter. The distance of the target is randomly generated at the start of the program. The file posted should have step-by-step instructions in detail. Please follow that. Looking to be done in less than 24 hours.
