Create a Flutter UI and connect with API for Muslim APP

I have a ready UI Design in Figma that can share which you that i need to convert it to Flutter User Interface with some live API uses like Al-Quran, weather, Azan, Kiblah Direction, Muslim Calender and a few more.
Scope of Work
1) Make User Interface with amazing animation based on page transition, parallax and others b background animation.
2) Connect Live APi on certain dynamic content. (Half of Content are static)
3) Create Push Notification for Azan
4) Make Qiblah Direction with (AR) Augmented Reality
IF Possible Muslim Only since most of it uses Muslim Knowledge, but if u have muslim on the team then its acceptable.
