Monthly Template designs for my Etsy digital designs store - Baby and Bridal shower stationery

My name is Alisha.
I have an Etsy store which sells baby and bridal digital stationery templates. This includes invitations, games, welcome signs, thank you cards and so on. All the templates are designed on a program that is directly linked to Etsy. Essentially a client purchases a template, gains access to the site and can make their own edits and changes which can then be printed locally or at home.
I am looking for someone on a part time basis who can design consistently for me. I will provide a few themes that I need in my shop and provide a list of the types of templates I will need in each theme. It is pretty consistent. As the trends change or I find new and interesting clipart I will need those themes designed for all templates.
There is no specific time-frame or deadline at the moment and this can be discussed but the idea is to have a longer type of relationship with consistent designs weekly or even every few days.
I am looking for someone who is creative and innovative who won't just follow or try to copy other Etsy Stores' designs. We can discuss payment and hours and decide if we pay on an hourly or a monthly basis for a set of designs. What is important to me is to grow the available items in my store consistently and relatively quickly with unique designs and themes.
I have attached a few of my designs below, this is the mockups of the listings the clients will see on Etsy and a feel for the type of templates and themes. It ranges from cute themes to more sophisticated themes.
