Vectorizing Police Badges

My name is Dawn and I am the Creative Director at Crystal Springs Resort. We are looking to have about 15 police department badges made into vector art. These are going to be printed on Golf Pin Flags for a Police Department Outing in July.
This is a tight deadline as we need the files back in one day.
