Frequenc Media is a media and marketing agency based in NYC & Miami specializing in web3 and NFT marketing.
We are looking for a highly experienced & motivated Graphic Designer to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth and achievement of operational excellence.
The Graphic Designer will own the management of our online presence daily.

We are looking for a competent Graphic Designer to have complete ownership over the branding and creative assets in-house and for our NFT clients.
You’ll be directly responsible for the creative visuals of the company & company clients.
The ideal candidate will have talent in managing the online presence of an innovative brand.
We expect you to be a reliable professional able to execute our visual design needs and maintain a cohesive visual presence in the NFT/Crypto world.


-Skills
Some knowledge of NFT, blockchain technology and the crypto economy preferred

Very proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (expert Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Photography Equipment, Office Printers

A robust and strong portfolio of creative and visual aesthetic work that demonstrates originality, innovation and problem solving within multiple channels including but not limited to video, web design, marketing campaigns, and social media

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter with a passionate attitude

Have curiosity and a growth mindset - you should bring enthusiasm and new ideas


-Responsibilities:
Complete ownership over branding guidelines and creative of the company

Design, build, and execute creative campaigns across digital/social channels for leading brands, while integrating fun and engaging creativity

Responsible for creation of successful design solutions across a variety of digital mediums, including but not limited to: web, advertising, email, social media

Act as the gatekeeper of our brand standards, both internally and working with external freelancers and agencies, ensuring that all marketing creative is effective, engaging, and ultimately on brand

Partner with CEO & SMM to gain an understanding of campaign and brand stories and goals that will inform creative development and execution

Responsible for managing and updating internal company brand resources, including: guidelines, templates, iconography and assets

Collaborate with CEO/Founder to capture voice & style of our clients

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deliverable deadlines.
