New furnace and tankless water heater

There is a wall about 7 feet long and 4 wide of wasted space and original design by the builder. The wall is between the living room and kitchen. The area in the wall has some pipes and flexible ductwork and right under that is the basement utility room where the current gas water heater and furnace is. Basically I want someone to design and install a new tankless water heater and furnace in the new space. Then design the ducting path and we agree on which round insulate ducting technology brand to use. The main level will mostly be open ceiling concept and the ducting will be round galvanized insulated duct. Same with the basement (open ceiling concept, mostly) and for the upstairs maybe a combination of both rigid and in flex. We’ll
