Personal Assistant

Retail Owner looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support who loves children (For occasional baby sitting if needed) who can multi task through a number of assignments daily, well-organized and professional.

You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Assignments Includes, Returning Calls, Scheduling.
Research, Submit applications Cleaning and organizing work space, occasional child care, light Driving.

Shift starts at 8am, office. located with in a residential home. in The Edinburg area.

Full time - part time

Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact between the owner and internal managers.

Handling research assignments in a wide variety of topics and investments.

Manage Employees schedules.

Make travel arrangements
Running retail reports.

Emailing suppliers and coordinating between accounting an receiving
maintaining office Digital filing system
Skills

Proven work experience as a personal assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency (Spanish or Arabic speaking is a plus)
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality is a must
High School degree
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
