Need Help Logging Into Interspire Email Marketer

I'm having an issue with my login for Interspire. I can no longer login with my username and typical password. The password reset link doesn't work either. It will not send out emails so that I can reset my password.

So to reiterate, I simplyI need help with logging into my Interspire software. I can award the winning coder FTP access and/or database access ot make adjustments so I can login again.
