Minecraft Server Project (BIG)

Starting a Minecraft server with a never before seen game mode however i need people who can code Minecraft plug ins and make a server work as well as people who are creative and can build with the blocks in Minecraft as I'm not very creative. I have all the ideas but need to execute them. The plug in job and building in game jobs are separate.
