Programming Assignment - Responsive Web Flask Digital Solution -- 2

Job ID: 31064997

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

Good morning,

It recently occurred to me that this website exists and that you guys could potentially help me with the project. Because of the time constraints and due dates in place – I am willing to pay the kind soul who completes this task (pm me).
It must be finished by 11pm UTC on August the 7th, 2021.
--
Now onto some background of the project – It is the final programming assignment piece of Grade 12 and is unique in the way of criteria as it requires a more complex analysis of the evolution of the code itself. Up till this point I have simply ignored the programming components and focused on the paperwork (you can pass without the code in this subject), but with the heavy weighting of the programming components it is no longer a viable solution.

The project itself consists of a ‘new web application’ for Brisbane resident which will allow them to:
- Connect with volunteers in their local catchment area
- Access data from Brisbane City Council datasets:
o Weed Identification Tool API (JSON format)
o Upcoming ‘green’ events RSS feed (XML format)
- Organize a volunteer ‘weed removal event’, which is tagged with the type of weed (taken from the API), brief description, location and proposed time of the weed removal event.
- Browse upcoming events, including both ‘green’ events (taken from the RSS feed) and weed removal events (generated by users)
The concept involves:
- Developing a low-fidelity prototype of the web application for Brisbane residents.
o Drawing inspiration/ website layout from this website: https://weeds.brisbane.qld.gov.au/
- Using a combination of Flask, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Jinja.

The datasets:
- Weed Identification Tool API:
o API: https://weeds.brisbane.qld.gov.au/api/weeds
o API Documentation: https://www.data.brisbane.qld.gov.au/data/dataset/brisbane-weeds/
- Upcoming 'green' events:
o RSS: http://www.trumba.com/calendars/green-events.rss
o RSS Feed Documentation: https://www.data.brisbane.qld.gov.au/data/dataset/green-events/

I have provided a starter implementation, website template and a responsive template in the below google drive link.
The folder also contains the stimulus, which provides a very detailed explanation of the task. As time commands it so, the task doesn’t require a detailed UI – which means a barebone website, that does everything the criteria asks for – would be fine.
--
I know that this is a huge task, which I have left to the last minute – But it is the last time so it would be nice if I could hand in something decent for once. And look – I would like to extend a warm thankyou to anyone who attempts this and an even warmer one to anyone who completes it. It would mean the world to me – it really would.

Sincerely,

p.s. Instead of upolading files - I shared them as link
